Friend reported two bugs they encountered.

Fixed nav_mesh not being accessible to places the player can reach. Please report any if you find them yourselves.

Possibly fixed super rare crash that can occur when Muncherstine is alerted via being outside nav_mesh. Was encountered alongside the above.
